Wildwood Inn Policies & Guest Information

Thank you for choosing Wildwood Inn! We are dedicated to making your stay comfortable, enjoyable, and hassle-free. Below are our key policies and important information to help you plan your visit.

Office Hours

June – October: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
November – May: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are happy to assist beyond our office hours. For any assistance contact us via phone, text or email.

Parking Information

One free parking space per room is included with your stay.
Additional parking is available for purchase at the front desk.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In Times

June – October: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
November – May: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Late Check-Ins

For guests arriving after check-in hours, we offer a digital check-in process:

A digital registration form will be sent to you before arrival.
Once completed and signed, you will receive an access code for your room.
Ensure the form is submitted prior to arrival to avoid any delays.

Check-Out Times

9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Early Check-Outs

If departing before 9:00 AM, please:

Text us via the number used to send your access code.
Drop your room card in the check-out box next to the front office door.

1:00 PM: $25
2:00 PM: $50
3:00 PM: $100
4:00 PM: Full Night’s Rate

November – May:

12:00 PM: Free

Policies & Guidelines

Quiet Hours

9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Please be considerate of other guests by keeping noise levels minimal during these hours.

Noise Policy

Excessive noise complaints may result in a penalty charge of 30% of the nightly room rate per occurrence.
Guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors also adhere to noise regulations.

Pet Policy

Pets must be registered at check-in.
Fees: $25/pet for one-night stays, $50/pet for stays of two nights or more.
Unregistered pets or pets in non-pet-friendly rooms may result in a $200 cleaning fee.
Pets must not be left unattended in rooms to prevent disturbances such as barking.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and on motel premises.
Violations will result in a $200 fine.
Designated smoking areas are available—please refer to the property map.

Damage & Loss Policy

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the hotel property caused by themselves, visitors, or anyone under their responsibility.
Fees may be up to $500 or equal to the repair/replacement cost, including revenue lost due to damages.

Cancellations & Booking Policies

Cancellation Policy

June – October: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are subject to 100% of the first night’s rate.
November – May: Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to 50% of the first night’s rate.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to check in without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Modification Policy

Reservation modifications are subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible to adjust your stay.
